It is always recommended that with any change in a browser based service, once a change has been implemented, to clear your browsing cache to prevent the service from using any thing that has been saved in your temporary files. These often conflict with the new components causing disruptions.
If you are having difficulty please follow these instructions to clear your Internet Cache and restart your computer.
