New - Student Indicators
Student Indicators (Yes/No) are displayed on Student > APS District Tab when the following criteria are met:
· Indicator ELL (WIDA 1-6) - any LEP student with a current WIDA Level 1-6. This indicator is also shown on the Student > LEP/ELP tab.
· Indicator Gifted - any student identified Gifted in any curricular area.
· Indicator Special Ed - any student with a primary disability (not 504) and no Special Ed Exit Date. This is also shown on Student > Other Information > SE Information.
· Indicator Concurrent - any active student that is enrolled in classes in more than one school. This is displayed as “concurrent” on the Enrollment History tab under ADA/ADM.
New - Student Notification Icons
Student Notification Icons are displayed on all student related views (at the top of a screen in Synergy and on the seating chart in TeacherVUE). Clicking on the notification icon will display the notification information.
Concurrent Enrollment will appear for any active student that is enrolled in classes in more than one school. (“Concurrent” displays on the Enrollment History tab under ADA/ADM. )

Gifted icon will appear for any student identified as Gifted in any curricular area.
Special Education icon will appear for any student with a primary disability (not 504) and no Special Ed Exit Date.
New - Student Fields
Countywide SE Program, IEP Countywide Program, and Indicator Special Ed on Student > Other Information > SE Information
· Countywide SE Program – A manually entered field that Identifies a student’s countywide Special Ed program. As IEP’s are completed in Synergy, this information will automatically appear in the IEP Countywide Program field referenced below.
· IEP Countywide Program - Viewable Countywide Special Ed Program information from the student’s IEP in Synergy.
Indicator Special Ed - any student with a primary disability (not 504) and no Special Ed Exit Date.
