Sometimes when you first log in to your Outlook web account your time zone will not set itself to the correct local. To fix this issue you can follow the quick steps below so that your time zone and time stamps for emails will appear properly.
Change the time zone to the correct zone Outlook Web App
- Sign in to Outlook Web App using the myaccess portal, click Settings (
), and then click View all Outlook settings at the bottom of the settings panel. (If you are using an older version, click on Mail under App Settings)
- In the Settings window, click General, and then click Language and Time. (Region and time zone in older version.)
- In the Current time zone box, click the arrow, and then click the correct time zone setting.
- Click Save.
